How much does it cost to have fun preparing dinner?

Not as much as you might think. In fact, the pricing is comparable to the cost for you to buy the ingredients at the grocery store and you won't have to spend the time waiting in the check out line,

You assemble and personalize:

6 meals, serves 2-3 people for $73 or about $4.05 per serving
12 meals, serves 2-3 people for $135 or about $3.75 per serving
6 meals, serves 4-6 people for $125 or about $3.50 per serving
12 meals, serves 4-6 people for $228 or about $3.20 per serving

Or we'll assemble for you:

If you don't have the time to attend a session, we can assemble your meals to be ready for pick up for an additional $20 for six meals and $30 for twelve meals. We will assemble the recipes exactly - without substitutions.

For First Timers Only

We have an introductory package for first time visitors to give you a chance to try us out. You can purchase any one or two meals that serve 2-3 people from our selected menu for $15 each. This is a one-time offer per customer. We think once you've experienced The Prep Kitchen you'll be hooked, and we look forward to welcoming you again!

All Natural Meats Available

We are excited to offer Wolfe's Neck Farm beef as an option for our beef and ground beef menu items. We also have available an all natural chicken breast meat for the chicken menu items.

We will need 48 hours' notice when you order, either by phone or email. The additional charges are as follows for meals that serve 2-3 people:

Beef, either steaks or crockpot - add $8
Ground beef, 90% lean or better - add $6
Chicken, all natural breast meat - add $6
