* Tangy Dijon Chicken
Chicken bathed in white wine, dijon mustard and herbs like oregano, parsley and thyme makes a great entrée off the grill, out of the oven, or from the skillet. 
* Grilled Italian Sausage Packets
So easy! The sausage, peppers, onion, diced tomatoes and seasonings are wrapped in individual foil packets. Ready to toss onto the grill or into the oven. And no clean up! 
* Chicken Port-au-Prince
This chicken with Caribbean flavor - a spicy citrus and herb marinade - is a delicious change of pace right off the grill. We keep the spice level famly friendly. 
* Zesty Grilled Pork Tenderloin
The marinade for this lean pork tenderloin includes orange juice, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and herbs and spices. Roast it on the grill or in the oven for a truly flavorful dinner delight. 
* Tuscan Vegetable Stew
This hearty vegan stew is full of tomatoes, zucchini, onion, carrots and cannellini (white kidney) beans, with just the right seasonings to make you think you're in Florence, Italy.  
* Honey Lime Chicken Wraps
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are marinated in lime juice, honey, cumin and cilantro and ready to grill or bake in no time flat. Slice up the chicken and stuff it into warm white or corn tortillas. Add a little cole slaw or chopped lettuce (we’ll supply the special dressing) for a new kind of soft taco. 
* Moroccan Beef and Sweet Potato Stew
Here's a new twist on a classic dish. The raisins, cinnamon and cloves make it Moroccan; the sweet potatoes make it delicious. Can be cooked in a crock pot or a saucepan on the stove. 
* California Grilled Veggie Sandwich
Grill the portabella mushrooms, bell peppers and onions and toast the gourmet rolls (split in half). Spread the yogurt dressing on the bread and layer it with the veggies. Yum! (This entrée is best if not frozen, but grilled within a day or two of assembly.) 
* Firecracker Tilapia
The Asian-style marinade can have a little kick or a lot, whichever you prefer. Grill this mild whitefish to perfection for a delicious outdoor meal. Can also be quickly cooked in a skillet. 
* Ginger Marinated Pork Chops
These pork chops soak in a flavorful marinade of soy sauce, white wine, ginger, a pinch of cloves and just a touch of honey before being grilled. They can also be broiled, baked, or cooked in a skillet.  
* Buttery Garlic Herb Burgers
The secret to these burgers is inside. The lean ground beef is formed around a pat of garlic herb butter that keeps the burger moist and flavorful. Great on the grill! Buns provided.  
* Grilled Herbed Salmon
The marinade includes white wine, lime juice, fresh herbs, spices and a dash of soy sauce. Marinate the salmon then grill it or bake it for an easy, healthy dinner. 
* Grilled Beef and Pineapple Skewers
Skewer these marinated beef kabobs alternately with pineapple pieces and grill them up for a marvelous – and marvelously easy - dinner. 
* Garlic Lemon Grilled Chicken
This chicken marinates in a blend of garlic, lemon juice, and white wine with a touch of smoked paprika to give it a slightly smoky flavor. Sensational! 


Our Menu for August
Every entrée we offer in August can be cooked on the grill or in a crockpot. (They can also be cooked in your kitchen if you don't have a grill.) Summertime – when the living is easy, and so is dinner!




* Chicken with Asian Lemon Glaze
Boneless, skinless chicken breast meat grilled and glazed with lemon juice, garlic, ginger, Asian chili sauce and chicken broth. A favorite at The Prep Kitchen. 
* Zesty Pineapple Chicken
A marinade of garlic, onion, ginger, thyme, allspice and nutmeg in a pineapple juice base make this a sweet and zesty grill creation. Grill the pineapple slices to top it - Yum! 
* Italian Meatball Hamburgers
Tastes like Italian meatballs, but formed into burger patties for a quick meal off the grill. Comes complete with buns.  
* Bourbon Molasses Pork Tenderloin
Lean pork tenderloin marinated in a mixture of real Kentucky bourbon and molasses that gets its kick from lemon juice, crushed red pepper and minced garlic. Delicious either from the grill or out of the oven!  
* Sweet and Tangy Beef
This crock pot meal includes chili sauce, applesauce, honey, garlic - a marvelous medley of flavors in which the beef soaks and stews all day until it is tender enough to fall apart with a fork. A requested repeat at The Prep Kitchen! 
* Grilled Herbed Tilapia in Foil
Toss these foil wrapped fillets of tilapia, flavored with fresh dill, fresh parsley, smoked paprika, sliced onion and a drizzle of lime juice, directly onto your grill or into your oven. What could be more simple - and flavorful? 
* Grilled Portabella Quesadillas
Your choice of white or whole wheat tortillas filled with marinated portabella mushrooms, bell peppers and cheese, then individually wrapped in foil ready for grilling.  
* Grilled Raspberry Barbecue Chicken
The sweetness of raspberry sauce and the tang of barbecue sauce flavor this marinated chicken to perfection. Slather on the sauce in the last few minutes of grilling, and set some sauce aside for dipping. 
* Apple Glazed Pork Chops
Marinate these boneless pork chops in an apple juice marinade, then baste them with the apple glaze as they grill. Be sure to save some of the glaze for a dipping sauce on the side.  
* Sweet Asian Salmon
Salmon steaks grilled to perfection, spiced up with a sweet savory sauce – mustard, soy sauce, garlic and ginger are a few of the ingredients that give this dish its wide family appeal.  
* Vegetarian Chili
Healthy and satisfying - onion, carrot, bell pepper, and corn added to diced tomatoes, three kinds of beans, and just the right seasonings. Cook it in a crockpot all day or heat it on the stove (or a gas grill side burner) in an hour.  
* Creole Beef
Close your eyes and visit the bayou where the moss hangs from the trees as you taste this Creole dish, spiced just right. Cooks in a crock pot, or a saucepan.  
* Mustard Grilled Chicken
Marinate this chicken in two kinds of mustard, and two kinds of fruit juice for a tangy, piquant dinner from the grill (or it can be baked in the oven).  
* Satay Chicken
A Prep Kitchen favorite! Chicken breast meat glazed with garlic, ginger, peanut butter, ketchup and brown sugar. Makes a tasty chicken dish with its own dipping sauce.
